Downloaded this free app and I still feel I paid too much. Not what I was looking for for sure

When it works, its pretty good. Most of the time however, it doesnt work. Crashes and is useless. Im done with it.

Had this app before the cloud push. Now with the cloud I am able to leave the house and still be able to control my bbq guru. Great product and extremely easy to use! Does crash from time to time... Future updates I would like, fix crash issues and add a feature to add new meats after cook has started

I really like this app, even if you dont have a wifi guru it is the best bbq log i have seen, a must have

The layout of data is awkward and a better dashboard would be an improvement. For BBQ Guru only a single food probe can be used. Other probes need to go through web link. Also the "cloud" requires you to use an open access path - pretty much losing your wifi security.

It doesnt connect to a stoker, doesnt read the stoker device, pit temps or food temps. Does have a web console which connects to the stoker device but the app doesnt communicate to the stoker. So it appears that all you do is manually enter your cook information which I could do simply in a spreadsheet.

This app is great. Really helps me manage my cooks. Cant wait till i get a cyberq to pair it with. Thanks for creating it :)

Just what I was looking for. I purchased the pro add on too. I love the charts and history.

BBQ remote is not worthwhile. Guru monitor is ok. This one is the best. The functionality of the alerts alone makes this better than the monitor. Do this one.

Not the most feature rich but the exact app Im looking for. Great job and look forward to future releases. Requesting Dropbox Sync and an export function.

I am using this with a cyber q on a Primo large. It recognized my wifi right away. I like that you can enter notes and chart your temperatures.

Im not sure why the high ratings. The set up is tedious. Too many entries and no guide. I deleted it. Id give a one star but dont want to be brutal

I purchased the Cyber Q and was looking through the App Store and came across "The Pit Pal" app. Very nice easy to use... I look forward to more features in the future. This product worked great. Thank You, Rafiki

I have now done three smokes using the Pit Pal with my Stoker, pork ribs, a chuck smoked then braised in veggies and a brisket. All three were flawless, the Pit Pal lets me walk away from the smoker (Weber Smokey Mountain) and still keep an eye on my smoke. I also love the log that let one keep track to the smoke ingredients, time, ambient temp etc so one has a record to develop technique.
