This makes a long smoke so easy!

I have now done three smokes using the Pit Pal with my Stoker, pork ribs, a chuck smoked then braised in veggies and a brisket. All three were flawless, the Pit Pal lets me walk away from the smoker (Weber Smokey Mountain) and still keep an eye on my smoke. I also love the log that let one keep track to the smoke ingredients, time, ambient temp etc so one has a record to develop technique.
